Fatshedera lizei (tree ivy) is actually a hybrid between two other plants – the fatsia (castor oil plant) and the hedera (ivy).   Tree ivy forms a bushy plant with medium to large, palmate, ivy-like leaves.   The leaves are most often variegated.
