TruGreen Plans

TruGreen’s services are broken down into plan packages for consumers looking for front yard, residential, and commercial lawn care. Its plans offer a range of services from basic weed control and fertilization to total yard care.

Before you officially purchase a plan with TruGreen Lawn Care, you’ll need to apply. This is so TruGreen can assess the location, property size and lawn health prior to getting started to ensure they can provide services that will help their customers. You can apply to TruGreen Lawn Care up to eight times a year. When working with TruGreen, you can expect a technician to perform a health analysis at your first visit.

From there, they’ll visit your property every four to six weeks for lawn treatments, leave a service summary at your front door, offer tips and suggestions between visits, and stop by for frequent visits in between your scheduled visits, as needed.

TruGreen Cost

The cost of your lawn care plan will depend on the plan you select, your location, and the size of the property.

We went through the process of adding various lawn care services to our cart. To make sure that we were provided quotes for as many services as possible, we selected all lawn problems possible.

We were asked to provide our name, address, email, and phone number. We also designated whether or not we had in-ground sprinklers and a locked gate. We selected no for both of these extraneous options.

We were then brought to TruGreen’s Property Measurement tool, which provided an aerial view of the address provided from Google. We were then asked to outline the property to be serviced by connecting points on the map with our mouse — we essentially outlined the area that we wanted serviced, and its platform determined the square footage of that area.

We did this two times with properties of about one and two acres in Woodbridge, NJ. Prices were valid until about one month after quote. This is what we were quoted:
